I've had a chance to play around with the forum, correct some colours and formatting and added the requested region categories

I noticed the forum seemed to be active a little so I had a quick look. Glad to see it! I did find one thing however, in the basic rules area I could get to the post unless I clicked the lock icon to the far left. Clicking the topic itself seemed to loop back to the same forum. Hope that helps.
