Anyone else fed up of seeing cartoons on people's avatars? It feels really uncomfortable and creepy especially if they from kids shows

It's a bit strange when they have pictures like that and they message you and expect a reply its almost as bad as when they have a dick pic as their main picture. Anyone using kids characters feels a little pedoish to me personally.
